Anna's Baptism
God has been so good! We have had an amazing few weeks. We are so totally blessed....Anna's decision to publicly profess her faith through baptism was indescribably precious. Her heart has grown more and more tender to God's call and there is no greater blessing than to watch as your child grows closer to the Father.
Missing from the above pictures....Anna's overnight field trip to Sky Ranch and an impromptu Canton shopping excursion. Let me just say that I didn't enjoy sleeping in camp bunks when I was a kid and I still don't today :) Other than that, it was a great trip!
Also, today was my last day as a working woman ;). After much prayer, we have decided that I will stay home full-time with the kids. I am excited about what is to come, but let me tell you...today was a hard day. I never dreamed how truly heartbreaking it would feel to leave such great people an such a great company. After 4 years at Perot Systems, it is hard just to walk away.
I am looking forward to the summer ahead...playing with my kids and being the best wife possible ;) BUT, first...we leave in just about 80 hours for an 8 day trip to Disney World...
